This team put all of their efforts into hard work, ‘pleasing’ the client, and a willingness to make suggestions on how each stage of the project could be better.

2. Most of Dennis’ group has been with him a long time. They were energetic, intelligent and trustworthy. We were living in the home during most of the renovation and this process can be very stressful and insane. But it was a pleasure working with all of them every day. Many times I know I was one of their most difficult and exacting clients but they all ‘rose to the occasion’, putting forth their best and most creative efforts. They produced an end product that is not only beautiful but also well constructed. There was a high level of both trust and integrity throughout Dennis’ entire group.

3. Dennis’ subs were great, respecting and delivering the quality of workmanship he demanded from them on his jobs.

In the final phase of our renovation, during which we gutted and rebuilt a kitchen, family room and bathroom, and added a room above the garage, we got into a time crunch and worked with Dennis without estimates. How many contractors could you trust well enough to work that way? We certainly did with Dennis.
